• Perform 10-15 cataract surgeries/wk in addition to other procedures.

Tucson, Arizona - Retina Surgeon
• 100% vitreo-retinal position.
• Travel 2 times a week to cover nearby locations.
• Volume depends on your skills and abilities (other VR docs in the practice earn $350/yr-$750K/yr

• 100% oculoplastics position.

California (Orange County) - Oph Practice Administrator
• 5 office locations treating 160+ patients a day
• 5 ophthalmologists on staff (3 partners)
• 36 FTE's (not including doctors)
• Handle the day-to-day management of the practice.
• Participate in Strategic Planning and Budgeting/Forecasting meetings
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services (i.e. Review and revise current policies and procedures on a regular basis, as well as develop new ones relevant to the changing environment).
• Ensure that equipment is functioning to manufacturers standards through regular maintenance as required
Delaware - Gen Oph Position
Large, busy and privately-owned 17 doctor group (15 ODs and 2 Ophs) seeks a cataract surgeon for their staff. It is anticipated you will perform 500+ cataract surgeries per year in addition to Glaucoma and Cornea procedures.
The office is based near the beach and office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.
Two Optometrists will do pre and post op exams, freeing you from routine eye care and allowing you to focus in your area of expertise. Additionally, you will be supported by two technicians, one scribe and one or two front desk staff.
You will be provided with a base salary, a productivity bonus plan and a full benefits package.
Delaware - Glaucoma Position
Large, busy and privately-owned 17 doctor group (15 ODs and 2 Ophs) seeks an experienced glaucoma specialist to immediately assume a schedule of 40-45 patients per day - plus perform all the resulting procedures.
Easy access to Washington, DC; Balitmore and Philadelphia.
You will be provided with a base salary, a productivity bonus plan and a full benefits package.
Florida - Gen Oph / Subspecialty Position
Large and busy Central Florida ophthalmology practice seeks an associate. The practice is seeking a doctor with very good cataract skills but training in - or the ability to perform - procedures in cornea/refractive surgery, glaucoma and/or retina is a plus and will only serve to increase your volume and compensation.
The practice has two office locations (approx. 30 mins apart) and its own ASC. You will be supported in your endeavors by a well-trained staff of 33.
The practice treats approximately 120 patients a day with referrals coming from a very large optometric referral network. It is anticipated the new doctor will see 40-50 patients a day.
You will be offered a base salary, a productivity bonus plan and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate who quickly integrates themselves into the practice and the referral network may be offered partnership in 12-18 months.
Midwest Vitreo-Retinal
The practice offers a competitive salary and compensation package as well as 2 years to partnership in practice & ownership potential in ASC.
The practice based in a Midwestern city of 80,000+ (surrounding communities of 150,000+) which offers good public and private schools as well as a nice range of social and cultural amenities.

Cleveland Area - Gen Oph Position
• Very busy 2-doctor practice seeks skilled and personable associate.
• Practice is based in the Cleveland metro area and has a large OD referral network.
• Practice has four locations and treats 120+ patients daily.
• It is anticipated you will see 30+ patients/day and perform several hundred surgeries your first year.

• You will perform cataract surgery (including premium lens work), corneal procedures, and refractive surgery procedures (LASIK, Epi-LASIK, etc.).
• You will be provided with a base salary, a productivity bonus plan and a full benefits package.
Wisconsin - Med Oph Position
• Fifteen (15) doctor practice (5 MDs, 10 ODs)
• Treat 25-35 patients a day and bridge the gap between the OD scope of practice and the surgical ophthalmologists.
• The practice is ideally situated a terrific community of 75,000+ (convenient access to Green Bay and Milwaukee).

• Perform all the vitreo-retinal work in the practice.
