Alabama Optometrist Needed
Busy optometry practice seeks associate. The practice has four locations....a main office and three satellite sites all within a 30 minute drive. They are seeking a motivated and personable optometrist willing to provide care and grow there practice at all locations. The focus will be on two of the satellite offices, as there is a lot of potential for growth at those sites.
Compensation will be a base salary plus incentive bonuses (base to be determined by experience). The practice will also provide a benefits package which includes CME, CE days and paid time off.
The owner is very sincere about finding a partner. The employment contract will likely be two years with partnership discussions taking place towards the end of the second year. Furthermore, the employment agreement would likely include a right of first refusal for one to buy the practice during their employment term.
Los Angeles, CA Area - Ophthalmology Practice seeks Associate
Well established practice with two office locations seeks a skilled and personable associate for an ownership partnership track position. The plan is to hire an associate and place them on an 18-24 month buy-out track for full ownership.
The ability to do an exam in Spanish is necessary. It is anticipated the new associate will see 35-40+ patients a day and perform several hundred cataract surgeries annually (in addition to other procedures). They will be provided with a base salary guarantee , a productivity based bonus plan, and a benefits package. This is a terrific opportunity for one who wants to be in the Los Angeles area and ultimately own their own practice.
