Consulting Fee Schedule
| Hourly Assignments | $175/hour |
| Practice Valuation | $4000-$8000 *Rate depends on size of practice (i.e. number of physicians, number of office locations, etc. - does not include the costs of a site visit) |
| Practice Purchase Analysis | Per Assignment on Hourly Basis |
| Partnership Buy-in Analysis | Per Assignment Analysis for Buyer Hourly Basis |
| Design Partnership Buy-in | $2500 (includes all necessary forms such for a Practice Shareholders Agreement, Profit Sharing Agreement/ Expense Sharing Agreement, Stock Purchase Agreement, Managing Partner Agreement, etc.) |
| Practice Brokering | 10% of sale price (sliding scale for higher priced practices) |
| Recruitment | Hourly Basis or Contingency Fee (Contingency fee is paid on a monthly basis over candidate's first year of employment) |
